Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled, adjust for heat preference)
1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped bacon (cooked and crumbled, optional)
1 cup crushed tortilla chips (for rolling)
Fresh cilantro or additional green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Mix the Cheese Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded pepper jack cheese, diced jalapeños, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. If using bacon, add it to the mixture. Mix until well combined.

Form the Cheese Ball
Using your hands, shape the cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up. For best results, let it chill overnight.

Prepare the Coating
