Ingredients:
For the Brownies:

1 cup unsalted butter
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
For the Topping:

1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Sea salt, for sprinkling
Directions:
Preheat Oven & Prepare the Baking Dish:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Make the Brownie Batter:

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar until well combined.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Bake the Brownies:

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
Add the Toppings:

Drizzle the caramel sauce evenly over the warm brownies.
Sprinkle the chopped pecans or walnuts on top of the caramel.
Finish with a light sprinkle of sea salt.
Cool & Slice:

Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
