Cheesecake Filling:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Red Velvet Cake:
3 cups flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tbsp + 1 tsp cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup oil
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 oz red food coloring
2 tsp vinegar
Glaze:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: sprinkles for decoration

Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
Mix the Dry Ingredients:
Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking soda in a large bowl.
Combine the Wet Ingredients:
In another bowl, whisk oil, buttermilk, vanilla, eggs, red food coloring, and vinegar.
Make the Cake Batter:
Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Assemble the Cake:
Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C) and grease a 10-inch bundt pan.
Pour one-third of the cake batter into the pan.
