Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
Sift Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Beat Eggs and Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
