Crack Chicken Pinwheels
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
2 green onions, chopped
1 package (10 oz) flour tortillas
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Prepare the Filling:
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions. Mix until all ingredients are well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Pinwheels:
Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Spread an even layer of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Roll and Slice:
Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly, securing the filling inside. Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch pinwheels.
Serve:
Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter. You can serve them immediately or refrigerate them for 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.
Optional:
For a crispy touch, you can bake the pinwheels at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown, before serving.
