Cheesy Chicken Rigatoni

Ingredients:
1 lb rigatoni pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb chicken breasts, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup marinara sauce
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil (optional, for garnish)

Directions:
Cook the Pasta: Cook the rigatoni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 7-8 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, add chopped onion and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Stir in the heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, marinara sauce, basil, and oregano. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
Combine Pasta and Chicken: Add the cooked rigatoni and chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta and chicken evenly with the cheesy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat everything through.
Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh basil if desired. Serve immediately.
