Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
1 can (10 oz) nacho cheese sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup salsa (optional)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, diced
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
6 large flour tortillas
Cooking oil for greasing pan

Directions:
Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water to the beef. Stir well and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until the seasoning is fully absorbed.
Stir in the nacho cheese sauce, mixing until the beef is coated in cheesy goodness. Set aside.
Prepare the Wraps:
Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet to make them easier to fold.
Spread a thin layer of sour cream on each tortilla. If desired, add salsa for extra flavor.
Assemble the Wraps:
In the center of each tortilla, spoon a generous amount of the nacho cheese beef mixture.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef mixture.
Add chopped onions, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and black olives (if using).
Wrap and Toast:
Fold the tortilla tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides as you roll it up.
In a lightly greased skillet over medium heat, toast the wraps on both sides until they’re golden brown and crispy (about 2-3 minutes per side).
Serve:
Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately with extra salsa, sour cream, or guacamole on the side for dipping.
