Crack Sausage Balls
Ingredients:
1 lb breakfast sausage
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 1/4 cups Bisquick or baking mix
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
Directions:
Prepare Mixture: In a large bowl, mix the sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, Bisquick, and ranch seasoning until thoroughly combined.
Form Balls: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve Warm: Let cool slightly and serve as an appetizer or snack.
