🍪🍫 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs 🍫🍪
Decadent brownie bombs filled with cookie dough and coated in chocolate.
• Brownie mix (1 package)
• Chocolate chip cookie dough (1 cup, homemade or store-bought)
• Semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
• Heavy cream (1/2 cup)
• Vanilla extract (1 tsp)
• Mini chocolate chips (optional, for decoration)
Directions:
Bake Brownies:
Prepare brownie mix per package instructions.
Bake in a square pan, cool completely.
Prepare Cookie Dough:
Roll cookie dough into 1-inch balls, set aside.
Assemble Brownie Bombs:
Cut cooled brownies into squares.
Flatten brownie squares, wrap around cookie dough balls to form bombs.
Make Chocolate Ganache:
Microwave chocolate chips and heavy cream in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Coat Brownie Bombs:
Dip brownie bombs in ganache, let excess drip off.
Place on parchment-lined sheet.
Decorate (Optional):
Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips or drizzle with melted chocolate.
Chill and Set:
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until chocolate is set.
Serve and Enjoy:
Serve at room temperature.
