Fun, creative dessert skewers that are perfect for any gathering and super easy to make!
Ingredients:
6 Rice Krispies Treats (cut into thirds)
12 Brownie Bites
24 Strawberries (washed and tops removed)
12 Large Marshmallows
12 Mini Cream Puffs
10-12 cubes of Chocolate Candy Coating
Directions:
Prep the Ingredients:
Cut Rice Krispies Treats into thirds.
Ensure Brownie Bites are bite-sized.
Wash strawberries and remove the tops.
Assemble the Skewers:
Start with a strawberry to hold the treats in place.
Layer Rice Krispies treats, brownie bites, marshmallows, and cream puffs.
End with another strawberry to secure everything.
Prepare for Drizzling:
Place the assembled skewers on parchment paper.
Melt and Drizzle Chocolate:
Melt chocolate candy coating in a small pot over low heat, stirring continuously.
Transfer melted chocolate to a Ziploc bag, snip off a corner, and drizzle over the skewers.
Let Set:
Allow chocolate to cool and set for a few minutes.
