Cheesy Bacon Spinach Dip

Cheesy Bacon Spinach Dip

Ingredients:
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained (or 6 oz fresh spinach, wilted and chopped)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (about 6-8 slices)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Tortilla chips, bread slices, or vegetable sticks for dipping

Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Spinach:
If using frozen spinach, thaw and drain it well to remove excess moisture. If using fresh spinach, wilt it in a pan with a little olive oil or butter, then chop it finely once cooled.
Mix the Dip:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses, along with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
Gently fold in the spinach and crumbled bacon, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
Bake the Dip:
Transfer the dip mixture into a greased baking dish (a 9×9-inch dish works well).
Smooth the top and sprinkle a little extra shredded cheese on top if desired for an extra cheesy finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and golden brown on top.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley for a pop of color.
Serve the cheesy bacon spinach dip warm with tortilla chips, toasted bread slices, or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping.
