Ingredients:
1. 12 oz spaghetti noodles
2. Salt for boiling water
3. 8 oz cream cheese, softened
4. 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or spaghetti sauce
5. 1 lb ground beef
6. 2 cloves garlic, minced
7. 1 tsp Italian seasoning
8. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
9. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
10. Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preheat Oven:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Cook the Spaghetti:
2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture:
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
