Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Dough Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk (or more as needed)
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped peanut butter cups
Directions:
Mix the Base:
In a large bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened butter, and brown sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add Vanilla and Milk:
Stir in the vanilla extract. Gradually add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the dip reaches your desired consistency. The dip should be smooth and easily spreadable.
Fold in Chocolate Chips:
Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Chill:
For the best texture, refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld and the dip to thicken slightly.
Serve:
Serve with graham crackers, apple slices, pretzels, or any other dippable item of your choice. Enjoy!
