Hearty Hashbrown Biscuit Bake
Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
• 1 (16 oz) package frozen shredded hashbrowns
• 1 (16.3 oz) can large flaky biscuits
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 6 large eggs
• 1 cup milk
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ¼ tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
• Heat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
• In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbly. Drain excess grease if needed, then set aside.
• In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
• Cut the biscuits into small pieces and spread them evenly in the prepared baking dish. Layer the cooked sausage on top, followed by the hashbrowns and shredded cheese. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the casserole.
• Place in the oven and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
• Let the casserole cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
