Looking for a super easy yet delicious holiday treat? This 5 Minute Fudge is the answer! It’s rich, creamy, and packed with crunchy pecans. With just a few ingredients and minimal effort, this fudge will steal the show at your holiday table!

Ingredients:
2/3 cup evaporated milk 🥛

1 2/3 cups granulated sugar 🍬

1/2 teaspoon salt 🧂

1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows 🍡

1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips 🍫

1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🍦

1 cup chopped pecans 🌰

Directions:
Prepare your pan: Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving an overhang to make removal easy later.

Cook the base: In a medium saucepan, combine the evaporated milk, granulated sugar, and salt. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Simmer: Once it starts boiling, continue cooking for 4–5 minutes, stirring to prevent burning. Remove from heat.

Add the good stuff: Stir in the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and glossy.

Fold in pecans: Gently fold in the chopped pecans for a nutty crunch.

Set the fudge: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.

Cool: Let the fudge cool at room temperature for 2 hours or refrigerate it to speed up the process.

Slice and serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper or foil overhang, then cut into squares.
