Easy Pumpkin Roll

Ingredients:
• 94g all-purpose flour.
• 1 teaspoon baking powder.
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
• 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon.
• 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
• 1/4 teaspoon salt.
• 3 large eggs.
• 150g pumpkin puree.
• 100g brown sugar.
• 100g granulated sugar.
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
• 90g powdered sugar (for rolling).
• 170g cream cheese, softened.
• 56g unsalted butter, softened.
• 180g powdered sugar.
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Instructions:
• Heat oven to 350°F. Line 10×15 pan with greased parchment.
• Mix flour, baking powder, soda, spices, salt.
• Whisk eggs, pumpkin, sugars, vanilla in another bowl.
• Combine wet and dry ingredients.
• Spread in pan. Bake 17-18 minutes.
• Lay towel flat, dust with powdered sugar. Turn hot cake onto towel. Remove paper. Roll up with towel.
• Cool completely (about 2 hours).
• Beat filling ingredients until smooth.
• Unroll cake. Spread filling evenly.
• Roll back up without towel.
• Chill 20 minutes before slicing.
