No-Bake Chocolate Coconut Balls
These quick and easy no-bake treats are packed with oats, coconut, and cocoa—perfect for snacking or lunchboxes!
Ingredients:
120g porridge oats
80g coconut sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
50g unsweetened shredded coconut
¼ tsp sea salt
80g coconut oil
3 tbsp non-dairy milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Extra shredded coconut, for coating
Directions:
Prepare a shallow bowl filled with extra shredded coconut for rolling the balls. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, and sea salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
Add the coconut oil, non-dairy milk, and vanilla extract. Mix everything together using your hands until a firm dough forms.
Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 tablespoon each.
Roll each ball in the prepared coconut to coat.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy!
