Cheesecake Fudge

Cheesecake Fudge
Ingredients:
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
Optional toppings: crushed graham crackers, chocolate chips, or fruit preserves
Directions:
Prepare the Pan:
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal. Set aside.
Melt the White Chocolate:
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the white chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
Mix in the Cream Cheese:
In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy.
Add the melted white chocolate mixture to the cream cheese mixture and beat until fully combined.
Flavor and Texture:
Stir in the vanilla extract, salt, and graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed.
Pour and Set:
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
If desired, sprinkle additional graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, or fruit preserves on top for extra flavor and texture.
Chill:
Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
Cut and Serve:
Once the fudge is set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift it out of the dish.
Cut into small squares and serve.
Enjoy:
Enjoy your rich, creamy cheesecake fudge as a decadent treat!
