1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2. Mix the Beef
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Overmixing can make the beef dense.
3. Form Beef Balls
Divide the beef mixture into 8–10 equal portions. Flatten each portion into a small disc in your palm. Place a tablespoon of shredded cheddar in the center, then fold the beef around it, sealing completely to form a ball.
4. Wrap with Bacon
